Research fellow at University of Calabria (2014-2015) on “Technological platform for the valorization and recovery of organic products” and at ENEA (2016-2020) on “Development of environmental management systems in SMEs in the agro-industrial sector with identification of chemical, physical and biological indicators suitable for describing the quality, safety and environmental sustainability of agricultural production”. At present, Researcher at ENEA Trisaia Center, Biotechnology and Agroindustry Division, "Bioproducts and Bioprocesses" Laboratory. Her research study is focused on animal/plant biomass valorization and their conversion into added-value products in a circular bio-economy perspective. Her scientific production included international scientific papers and book chapters, and proceedings in national and international conferences.
